Job Summary

SP+ is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Porter to join our team. As a key member of our facility operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, and trash removal, to ensure a safe and clean environment for our customers and employees.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including oil absorbent application and bulb replacement, to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of janitorial supplies and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including garage sweep sheets and equipment maintenance logs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to lift 50 pounds or more, work in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Language: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
