Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, and trash removal.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the facility manager.
  • Operate equipment such as automatic sweepers, scrubbers, and outdoor tools to maintain facilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Assist with cash handling, ticketing, and other duties as needed.
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance and adhere to company uniform standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; facility maintenance experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (if applicable).
  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate ($16.00 per hour).
