About the Position:

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with financial and operational data to enhance the MRO functions. This role encompasses the management of key performance indicators, thorough analysis of financial outcomes, and support in the preparation of management reporting packages on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate monthly financial statements and provide actionable recommendations to senior management to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports for the company.
  • Assist in the formulation of annual budgets.
  • Develop and revise monthly and quarterly financial forecasts.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and conduct monthly account analyses.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Engage in month-end closing procedures, including posting and reviewing journal entries.
  • Manage fixed assets and capital appropriations across various facilities.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in SAP or a similar ERP system.
  • Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting principles.
  • Strong grasp of GAAP standards and practices.
