  • Transaction Processing: Accurately review, validate, and process customer transactions, including check cashing, money transfer, and customer payments.
  • Financial Services: Offer a range of financial services to customers, including cash advances, check cashing, and money orders.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate customer information and manage customer accounts to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Compliance: Uphold company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Background Check: Background check required (subject to applicable law).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing.
  • Cash Handling: Prior cash handling, cash drawer/vault management experience.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
