Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide professional nursing services in accordance with established plans of care.
  • Promote favorable patient outcomes through collaborative practice patterns and efficient use of resources.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document patient care to facilitate interdisciplinary coordination and quality improvement activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state where the branch is located.
  • At least one year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care or long-term setting, with home health experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of fundamental medical-surgical nursing principles and practice.
  • Excellent clinical nursing skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to use a computer and have a working knowledge of various software applications.
  • High-level problem-solving, critical thinking, and reasoning skills for patient care planning and problem resolution.
  • CPR certification.
