Key Responsibilities:
- Assess existing operational workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
- Design and execute process enhancement strategies utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Evaluate the success of implemented modifications and adapt strategies as needed.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
- Conduct routine audits and evaluations to identify risks and ensure compliance with HSEQ policies.
- Create training programs and materials to instruct employees on HSEQ practices.
- Gather and analyze data related to process performance and HSEQ metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding process enhancements and HSEQ performance.
- Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of safety and quality.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to promote process improvement and HSEQ awareness.
- Serve as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment on improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations concerning HSEQ.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of policies to ensure compliance.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency with SAP and quality management software.
- Capability to educate and train staff on HSEQ standards and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Capacity to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety protocols.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement and HSEQ management.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or HSEQ-related credentials is preferred.
