Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and responsive service to create exceptional experiences for our guests.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the company's standard drink recipes.
  • Maintain knowledge of all products and menu items.
  • Lead and act in a manner that is consistent with our Mission, Vision & Values.
  • Ensure that the bar area is fully stocked with bar products, clean glassware, garnishes, infusions, and other frequently used items.
  • Maintain a high standard of sanitization and cleanliness in any areas serviced by the bar.
Requirements
  • Prior bartending experience.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a cash register.
  • Cicerone, Barsmarts, and ServeSafe certification, or ability to complete certification within 90 days of employment.
