Job Summary:

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing the sourcing process, including developing and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure best possible terms
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sourcing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract management
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and vendor management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
