We are seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing 1:1 patient care in the field and possess excellent communication skills.

The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Description:
  • Evaluate patient's functional status and physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning.
  • Instruct and inform participating members of the healthcare team, the patient, and family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CURRENT PHYSICAL THERAPY LICENSURE IN STATE OF MA
  • CURRENT CPR CERTIFICATION
  • MUST HAVE A CURRENT DRIVER'S LICENSE AND VEHICLE INSURANCE, AND ACCESS TO A DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION
