Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Examiner to join our team at Quest Diagnostics. As a Mobile Examiner, you will be responsible for conducting insurance exams in the field, ensuring accurate and timely completion of exams, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct insurance exams in the field, including specimen collection and processing duties, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of exams, maintaining a safe and professional environment for applicants, clients, and employees.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and applicants, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of exams conducted, including specimen collection and processing data.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of exams and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 100 documented successful blood draws required.
  • Minimum one-year phlebotomy experience, with experience with pediatric and geriatric patients preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a rapidly changing environment, and make decisions based on established procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage concerns of patients and employees in a professional manner.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prefer urine or hair follicle collection and EKG experience.
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Sitting for periods of time.
  • Standing while performing work.
  • Driving to and from work assignments.
  • Lifting no more than 40 pounds.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Must be flexible and available based on staffing requirements, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
