Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with a background in Robotics to fill a key role in our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with ROS 2, and a solid understanding of robotics and automation principles.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.

Our team offers a hybrid remote work arrangement, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software for robotics systems.
  • Integrate Robot Operating System (ROS 2) based solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Python and C++.
  • Implement software components for automation and robotics applications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for real-time performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in robotic control software development.
  • Strong proficiency with ROS2 and experience working on robotics projects.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and C++.
  • Knowledge of robotics and automation from a software perspective.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with hardware-software integration.
  • Embedded Software development.
  • Familiarity with control systems, sensors, or actuators in robotics.
