Job Summary

Unison Behavioral Health Group is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team in a School-Based Program setting. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct therapeutic services to clients with mental illness and adjustment difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide diagnostic services and treatment planning for assigned clients
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in accordance with state mandates and agency policies
  • Document all services provided and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
  • Prior experience in mental health or a related field
  • Knowledge of mental illness, individual and group counseling skills, assessment skills, and crisis intervention skills
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality

  • Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $68,000 annually (LSW/LPC) or $65,000 - $75,000 annually (LISW/LPCC)
