Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onsite management and coordination of subcontractors' work
  • Coordinate with the project team, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other construction management tools
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
