Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the onsite management and coordination of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from ground breaking to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the onsite management and coordination of subcontractors' work
- Coordinate with the project team, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other construction management tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
