Job Summary

BluSky Restoration is seeking a highly skilled Project Superintendent - Restoration and Reconstruction to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restoration and reconstruction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of restoration and reconstruction projects
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, general contracting, and/or restoration
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Ability to travel for emergency and non-emergency losses
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
