About the Role

We are seeking a talented Registered Nurse to join our team at Orlando Health Regional Medical Center. As a member of our critical care team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate patients' conditions, identifying potential risks and developing effective care plans
  • Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, interpreting electronic displays and taking decisive action when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide compassionate and supportive care
  • Prioritize tasks and delegate duties to other team members as needed
  • Document patient care in a knowledgeable and consistent manner, meeting all required regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing
  • Maintains current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
  • Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
  • At least 1 year of RN experience required

We offer a competitive salary range of $67,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
