We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at Anytime Fitness in Mauston, WI. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with members and guests, and leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase membership sales and revenue growth, leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential members and guests.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all members and guests.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with the local community, building relationships with businesses and influencers to promote the Anytime Fitness brand.
- 18 years or older
- Available to work scheduled hours (Monday-Thursday 11 am to 7 pm, Fridays 8 am to 2 pm, with flexibility to cover mornings and/or weekends as needed)
- Friendly, outgoing, and warm
- Genuine and honest
- Demonstrates a drive for results
- Technologically savvy
- Self-motivated
- Good at managing time and schedules
