About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cupcake Counter Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Promote our products by suggesting items to customers, highlighting their features and benefits, and encouraging purchases.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following all safety and sanitation guidelines, restocking shelves, and disposing of waste.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, inventory management, and customer confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly around the store as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree in a related field is a plus.
