About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Ascension. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and position patients for CT scans, ensuring accurate and safe procedures.
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Administer contrast media and medications as needed, adhering to state and federal regulations.
  • Monitor patient safety and well-being during procedures, reporting any abnormalities or concerns.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
  • Nuclear Medical Tech or Radiologic Technologist certification required, with CT specialty certification preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of experience or an Associate's degree/Technical degree required.
