  • Manage Equipment and Product Life Cycles: Develop and implement strategies to meet evolving demands, optimize equipment utilization, and extend product lifespan.
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer expert guidance on manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and technical troubleshooting to ensure compliance with FDA Design Control standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: A degree in a relevant engineering field, such as mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.
  • Engineering/Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience in FDA manufacturing environments, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Automation Controls: Strong knowledge of automation controls, control systems, PLCs, HMI's, and vision inspection systems.
  • Design Software Experience: Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD and Solid Works.
  • Injection Molding Experience: Experience with injection molding processes and equipment is beneficial.
