Your Role as an Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the advanced equipment at our facility.

We are looking for someone who can approach challenges from a fresh perspective as you collaborate with teams in operations, quality assurance, and environmental health and safety.

If you have a passion for working with electrical systems and enjoy solving technical challenges, this role is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance and Skill Enhancement: Engage in troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and immediate machine repairs. A solid understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is essential. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills further, but you must be a creative problem-solver who meticulously documents your findings.

  • Condition Analysis and Solution Development: Investigate and analyze production equipment failures to identify root causes, utilizing schematics and drawings. You will be expected to diagnose and repair electrical systems, including variable frequency drives (VFDs), automation control devices, and various instrumentation.

  • Innovation and Communication: Proactively seek methods to enhance plant efficiency and reduce costs, maintaining open communication with your supervisors regarding daily operations. Your commitment to excellence and ability to connect with colleagues will pave the way for your success.

Qualifications for Success
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in electrical systems within an industrial or warehouse environment
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Availability to work second shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Knowledge of behavior-based safety systems
- Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
