Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Hope Community Resources, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize technical knowledge to provide quality diagnostic radiographs to aid in patient diagnosis.
  • Position patients appropriately to achieve desired views.
  • Utilize radiation safety techniques to protect patients and assisting personnel.
  • Maintain equipment, troubleshoot, and take corrective action.
  • Assist radiologists in fluoroscopic procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of radiology supplies.
  • Exhibit ability to provide services to patients in regards to development, communication, and data collection.

Quality Control

We are committed to ensuring the integrity of our equipment and techniques. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing quality control as appropriate.
  • Scheduling monthly processor cleaning and preventative maintenance.
  • Scheduling calibrations and inspections as required.
  • Maintaining documentation for state guidelines.

Scheduling and Follow-up

You will ensure that tests are completed in a timely manner and reports are sent to requesting physicians.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Current Registration with ARRT (American Registration of Radiologic Technologists) and current State Radiologic Technologist license.
  • Attended and received certification/licensing from an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
