Job Opportunity: Conflicts Analyst Specialist

Ambitious professionals are invited to apply for a challenging role as a Conflicts Analyst Specialist at AMS Staffing, Inc. in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze attorney guidelines, outside counsel policies, and contracts received from Firm clients to identify potential conflicts of interest.
  • Collaborate with Firm professionals to resolve conflicts issues, ensuring compliance with Firm policies and engagement terms.
  • Advise on RFPs and review proposed contract terms to ensure alignment with Firm interests.
  • Work closely with the General Counsels office to process waiver letters, disclosures, and engagement agreements.
  • Communicate with Firm personnel on established policies and procedures related to conflicts and Firm engagement agreements.
  • Consult with the Conflicts Manager on procedural issues affecting the Conflicts Department.
  • Prioritize requests and coordinate with team members to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Assist the General Counsels office with other projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of law firm experience in clearing and resolving conflict issues.
  • Strong Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and excellent follow-through skills.
  • Ability to learn new software programs as needed.
  • Experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to identify and resolve issues timely.
  • Flexibility to respond quickly to shifting demands.
  • Effective communication skills with all Firm constituents.
  • Experience with Intapp is a plus.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
