  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and train therapy assistants and students as needed.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
