As a Medical Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to new and follow-up patients.

Job SummaryWe offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, along with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.Key Responsibilities

Under the general supervision of a physician, you will:

  1. Conduct comprehensive history and physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and write prescriptions.
  2. Collaborate with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans.
  3. Provide education and resources to patients and families on various topics, including treatments, wellness, prevention, and early detection.
  4. Document all services and orders in patient electronic medical records.
  5. Communicate with referring physicians to ensure seamless care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  1. A graduate degree in Advanced Nursing Practice (ARNP) or an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.
  2. An unrestricted California NP license or a current California State Physician Assistant License.
  3. A DEA certificate without restriction.
  4. ACLS certification.
  5. Two years of related experience as an NP/PA, preferably in pulmonary and sleep medicine.
  6. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
