Maintaining a close and supportive relationship with assigned families is a key aspect of this role. The Family Peer Advocate will assist families in navigating their environment and encourage their participation in their child's educational program. This includes helping families identify community resources and serving as a liaison between them. Services will be delivered in accordance with the agency's philosophy and program performance standards.
