We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $95,000-$105,000 based on national averages and industry standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering comprehensive physical therapy modalities and regimens to patients in their place of residence.

This role requires a strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
  • Administer physical therapy modalities and regimens, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions, to promote patient recovery and independence.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Current PT licensure in the state of Georgia, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience in Home Health preferred but not required.
