Job Title: Facility Operations Coordinator

About the Role
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for facility and clinic inquiries, interact with guests and study participants, and expand the portfolio of studies.
- Building Operations and Safety: Participate in the Building Operations Council, manage building emergencies, conduct facility walkthroughs, and monitor security clearances.
- Administrative and Logistics Support: Collaborate with occupants and service providers, track purchasing orders, and provide input on inventory management.
- Collaboration with Event and Student Administration: Oversee student staff operations, collaborate in developing policies, and provide training and feedback to student staff.
- Additional Responsibilities: Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and be flexible in handling various tasks as needed.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus relevant experience, customer service skills, proficiency in computer software, and strong communication abilities.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in clinical settings, ability to work independently and under pressure, problem-solving skills, and participation in after-hours call rotation.
