Retail Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Business Development Manager to join our team at NYC Alliance Company LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our retail operations by overseeing multiple locations within a designated market. Your strong analytical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and passion for retail will enable you to develop and execute effective business strategies that drive sales and profitability targets.
**Responsibilities:**
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead and mentor Store Managers to enhance their performance and drive team engagement.
- Develop and execute market business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across all locations.
- Collaborate with senior field leaders to align market objectives with overall company goals.
- Provide regular reports on market performance and key metrics to senior field leaders.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a multi-store or District Manager role.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
* Ability to travel within the designated market area as needed.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
