Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of proposal content, including technical, management, transition, and experience volumes.
- Collaborate with Capture Managers, Solution Architects, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure proposal responses align with requirements.
- Write clear, compliant, and compelling proposal sections that articulate our win strategy and technical solutions.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance proposal quality and efficiency.
- Participate in team solutioning sessions to elicit and articulate solution, strategy, and approach to performing the work.
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of professional experience or Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience.
- 5 years of experience working as a proposal writer responding to Federal Government solicitations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and basic understanding of SharePoint repositories.
- Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong work ethic and desire to excel and keep growing over time.
- Evidence of a successful track record of high-quality, high-scoring proposals.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- 8 years of experience working in a competitive Federal Government proposal environment.
- Experience with traditional video, live orals, and/or demonstration proposals.
- Ability to coach and instruct others to facilitate consistency across multiple authors.
