- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering product inquiries, and making recommendations based on their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Stay up-to-date on ongoing sales and discounts to inform customers and promote our products.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations, including stocking the sales floor, pulling from backstock, and participating in inventory counts.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise shipments, ensuring shelves and displays are adequately stocked, labeled, and visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment by regularly tidying shelves, aisles, and displays, and monitoring and reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.
- Basic computer skills for operating the point-of-sale system and accessing product information.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to them.

Physical Capabilities Required:
