Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Director at CCMC. As a key member of our community management team, you will play a vital role in executing our company's purpose statement: We build community by bringing people together in the neighborhoods where they live and in the offices where we work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive community event and programming calendar that engages residents and fosters a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Associate to create and distribute community communications, including website content, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Manage the operation of the amenity center, including rentals and maintenance.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with local organizations and businesses to benefit residents and the community.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of general policies and procedures.
  • Perform administrative duties and provide support to the Board of Directors.
  • Develop and coordinate community clubs, groups, and committees.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in creating and managing communications.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism, or community development from an accredited college or university.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work effectively with a resident board and committee members, as well as volunteers.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, driving record, and background check.
