Job Summary

We are seeking a Claims Adjuster Trainee to join our team at Progressive Insurance. As a Claims Adjuster Trainee, you will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to help customers navigate the claims process and resolve their insurance claims efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine coverage and liability for insurance claims
  • Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses to gather information
  • Partner with appraisers and estimators to manage vehicle repairs
  • Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers to resolve claims

Requirements

  • Three years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor's degree
  • Two years of relevant work experience and an associate degree

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am - 6pm

Training Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

Compensation

  • Salary range: $55,000-$56,000/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 16% of eligible earnings based on company performance
