Job Summary

The Senior Airworthiness Inspector is responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft and components, conducting quality control inspections, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft and components to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and industry standards.
  2. Review and verify maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of inspections and repairs.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  5. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in airworthiness inspections.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of airworthiness inspections into the overall maintenance process.
  7. Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors to ensure they meet the highest standards of airworthiness inspections.
Requirements
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  2. 6 years of experience in aircraft inspection, with at least 3 years of experience on large or mid-size aircraft.
  3. Airframe and Powerplant License required.
  4. Proficient in Federal Aviation Regulations, FAA forms, and documents.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
