You will oversee Life Enrichment programming as directed by the Life Enrichment Director, ensuring that all activities are purpose-driven and aligned with established methodologies to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications: You possess a natural ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals, especially seniors and their families. You have demonstrated proficiency in utilizing software and tools for service delivery, scheduling, and program execution. You can collaborate effectively with various departments and leadership to enhance program quality continuously. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are exceptional, and you maintain a customer-centric approach at all times. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings is essential. Candidates must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicles (including town cars and passenger vans). A valid driver's license and the ability to meet company driving standards are required. Experience in working with older adults is preferred.
