Job Title: Barista

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at MOLLIE Aspen. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of specialty coffee, tea, and other beverage offerings while providing exceptional knowledge and hospitality to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain the Café bar area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Set up the Café bar station in a timely manner, working alongside coworkers to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our menu offerings, including ingredients, descriptions, and allergens.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless and exceptional dining experience.
  • Perform bar maintenance throughout the shift, including cleaning, restocking, and resetting serving ware.
  • Report any guest complaints to management immediately and follow our procedures for addressing guest concerns.
Requirements:
  • Previous Café or Barista experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of hospitality experience preferred.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Excellent guest service and problem-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Spanish language preferred.
