Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at Cornerstone Recruiting. This position will be based at a large federal building in Fitchburg, MA, where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex heating and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems.
  • Operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and industry standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D is required.
  • Universal EPA or CFC certification is required.
  • Technical training in HVAC is highly desired.
  • Massachusetts Refrigeration License or HVAC local/state journeyperson grade license required.
