At Great Wolf Lodge, we're seeking a highly skilled Aquatics Technician to join our team. As a key member of our waterpark operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our aquatic equipment and providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on waterpark equipment, including pools, pumps, motors, and slides.
  • Conduct daily inspections of waterpark mechanical systems and attractions, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Document maintenance actions and irregularities, ensuring accurate records for future reference.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safe operation of the waterpark area, including vacuuming pools and power-washing floors as needed.
  • Conduct daily water testing and adjust chemical treatments as necessary to ensure optimal water quality.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or aquatics maintenance.
  • Knowledge of water chemistry, water testing, filtration, and waterpark mechanical operations.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Availability to work flexible hours and varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) license.
  • Expertise in hands-on equipment maintenance.
