The Assembly Technician will be responsible for producing finished goods and services to meet our customers' quality and timeliness demands. This role will support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives by working closely with the production team to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform mechanical assembly, which may involve fitting, aligning, or adjusting components and/or assemblies to close tolerance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with production equipment and processes
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Basic math skills and ability to interpret instructions and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in work
What We Offer
