Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately scan and ring up customer purchases, handle cash, check, and charge transactions, and provide change to customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the management of inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and identifying and returning outdated or overstocked merchandise.
  • Merchandising: Assist in the implementation of merchandising displays and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Security: React to potential shoplifters and follow company policy.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available and on-time for scheduled work shifts.
  • Experience: Preferred: 0-1 years previous experience in a related position.
  • Qualifications: Must pass a drug test and undergo initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring.
