Role Responsibilities

As a Production Field Service Technician, you will utilize your customer service expertise, mechanical skills, and basic electronics knowledge to support our expanding client base. Your daily tasks will involve visiting various customer locations to service, repair, and maintain Canon, Oce, and other print production equipment. Clear and friendly communication with customers regarding both technical and non-technical aspects of their equipment is essential.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess the following traits:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong mechanical and electromechanical aptitude, along with basic electronics and IT networking knowledge.
  • Ability to swiftly and accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and IT-related issues.
  • Proficient computer literacy.
  • Previous experience or certifications with Canon and/or HP are advantageous.
  • A technical degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
