About the Job
This is a unique opportunity to work as a Post Anesthesia Care (PACU) nurse in one of Boston's top hospitals. As a travel nurse with GHR Healthcare, you will have the chance to experience the city's rich history and culture while providing exceptional patient care.
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled RN with expertise in PACU care to join our team for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care in the PACU setting
- Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting care plans as needed
