Work Schedule and Location:
- This position will primarily serve the West Knoxville area.
- Shifts typically last between 4 to 6 hours.
- Initial hours will range from 10 to 20 hours per week, with potential growth to 25 hours based on performance.
- This role is designed as part-time, with hours varying according to client demand.
- Operating hours extend from 6 AM to 11 PM, with peak demand between 7 AM and 2 PM.
- We prefer candidates with consistent availability, particularly those who can work consecutive days.
- Availability on weekends is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay is $16.50 per hour, depending on experience.
Potential earnings range from $500 to $1300 monthly.
- Training is compensated at $10 per hour, typically lasting 10 to 20 hours.
- Performance evaluations will occur after six months, with opportunities for pay increases.
- Paid sick leave and breaks are provided, contingent on daily schedules.
- Incentives, contests, and bonuses are available for outstanding performance.
- Increased pay rates apply for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Overtime is available on bank holidays.
- Mileage reimbursement is included.
- All necessary supplies will be provided by the company.
