Job Title: OB/GYN Call Center Supervisor

Penn Medicine is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, conducting innovative research, and educating future healthcare leaders. As an OB/GYN Call Center Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the OB/GYN Call Center team, ensuring excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations, including customer service, personnel management, quality management, and change management.
  • Collaborate with the Manager and Coordinators to adjust staffing and resources to meet changing call volumes and customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze call center metrics, including agent productivity, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and JCAHO regulations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a call center or customer service role, with progressive responsibilities and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
