Role Overview: Quality Inspector

Are you meticulous and committed to maintaining the highest standards of manufactured products? We are currently looking for a Quality Inspector to enhance our operations during the 2nd Shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough dimensional and visual inspections to ensure compliance with production specifications.
  • Perform essential testing and gather data to support quality assurance efforts.
  • Accurately document all findings from inspections.
  • Utilize electronic systems to assist in inspection processes.
  • Work collaboratively with production teams to address and resolve quality-related challenges.
  • Support the maintenance of quality system standards.
  • Assist with incoming material inspections and calibration processes.
  • Ensure work areas and equipment are maintained according to best practices.
  • Engage in problem-solving initiatives to enhance quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with measurement tools and visual inspection standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems is advantageous.
  • ASQ Quality Technician Certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Door & Frame Manufacturing is preferred.
