Job Title: Lead Case Manager

At GEO Reentry Services, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Case Manager to join our team. As a Lead Case Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the clinical function of a residential treatment unit, implementing and reviewing the Unit Management treatment model, and supervising staff to ensure compliance with Company and client contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and review the Unit Management treatment model to ensure effective treatment delivery.
  • Supervise staff to ensure compliance with Company and client contractual requirements.
  • Conduct supervision sessions for staff and residents to monitor progress and provide feedback.
  • Provide crisis intervention and review disciplinary summary sheets to ensure appropriate dispensing of discipline.
  • Review and audit clinical charts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Present curriculum lectures and groups as directed.
  • Conduct weekly Clinical Intervention Committee meetings (CIC) to discuss resident behavior and treatment plans.
  • Train Case Managers in their duties and provide constructive feedback to promote employee development.
  • Ensure all activities of the clinical program during the assigned shift are performed.
  • Provide assistance as a Case Manager to carry a small caseload when needed.
  • Act in the role of Case Manager Supervisor when directed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree and/or CADC certification preferred.
  • Three (3) years of experience in management, supervision, and service delivery in a corrections or long-term residential environment.
  • Knowledge of the field of addictions or mental health counseling preferred.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and organize skills.
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work overtime is mandatory for this position.
