In this role, you will assist our clients in overseeing their hazardous waste initiatives and projects, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations. This position demands a strong technical background and involves significant hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hazardous and chemical waste management programs for clients on-site, complying with Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and other relevant regulations.
- Implement on-site support services throughout the lifecycle of hazardous materials management programs, including conducting chemical inventories, segregating materials, and arranging for the safe disposal of hazardous waste.
- Characterize, consolidate, package, and transport hazardous waste in accordance with RCRA and DOT guidelines.
- Educate clients on proper chemical safety protocols and hazardous waste management practices.
- Conduct and document environmental health and safety audits at client facilities and laboratories using Triumvirate's proprietary ADVISE program.
- Gain a thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and Triumvirate's Health and Safety Practices.
- Respond to chemical spill incidents by managing containment, cleanup, and disposal of hazardous materials.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Valid driver's license.
- Genuine interest in environmental health and safety.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently.
- Demonstrated leadership potential.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Successful completion of OSHA/DOT physical examination upon hiring.
- This position is classified as Safety Sensitive.
- Completion of 40-Hour OSHA Hazwoper training.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Class C Commercial Driver's License with HAZMAT endorsement.
- Experience in a customer service role.
