Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at Costco in Plain City, OH. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing Sonos audio products and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet program objectives
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and associates to increase Sonos sales and promote brand awareness
  • Engage with customers through product demonstrations and identify their home audio needs
  • Assist and train store personnel to effectively communicate Sonos information and promote sales
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new product releases and features

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and store personnel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
  • Reliable transportation to commute to assigned Costco location
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30lbs

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
  • Seasonal weekend warrior schedule: 12 hours per weekend, with a 6-hour shift on Saturdays and Sundays, and a 6-hour shift on Black Friday
  • Sales bonuses: up to 20% bonus for meeting sales targets
  • Retention bonus for program completion
  • W2 employment with biweekly pay and direct deposit
  • Paid training to master Sonos products
