Leonard Aluminum Utility Buildings is a growing retailer, manufacturer, and distributor of storage buildings, cargo trailers, truck covers, and aftermarket accessories. We serve residential, commercial, and government customers throughout the five-state region of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and Tennessee.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus benefits including health, vision, dental, life, legal, and pet insurance, as well as a 401K with a company match.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience, and presenting, educating, and selling merchandise to customers. You will also be able to multitask effectively, proficiently navigate through multifunctional CPU interface systems and vendor websites, and properly enter customer information into necessary programs to ensure successful product delivery.

You will have the ability to think critically and find solutions for our customers, manage social media accounts for the Leonard location for sales and referrals, and display strong salesmanship techniques for closing sales by building rapport, qualifying customers, dealing with rebuttals, and overcoming objections.

We are looking for a goal-driven self-starter with sales experience, a customer service focus, and the ability to manage social media. You should be able to demonstrate proficiency in computer systems and technologies, have a flexible schedule with availability to work on weekends and holidays, and be honest, trustworthy, and dependable.
