Job Title: Master Woodcraft Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Master Woodcraft Specialist to join our team at Scott Bridge Company. As a key member of our construction projects, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and execute plans and specifications to build, construct, or repair wooden structures or concrete forms.
  • Secure and maintain necessary tools and equipment for carpentry duties.
  • Perform wood framing, metal stud framing, and miscellaneous wood structure tasks as required by the project.
  • Inspect and make minor repairs to wooden structures as needed.
  • Collaborate with Project Foreman, Crane Operators, Helpers, and other skilled crafts persons to complete current projects safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of {salary: $65,000} per annum salary, commensurate with experience.
  • Prior carpentry experience or equivalent combination of training and skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of safe work practices in a construction environment.
  • Ability to wear and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
