- Prepare beverages according to established recipes
- Serve drinks and a selection of food items, including pastries and muffins
- Process payments efficiently (both cash and credit)
- Maintain cleanliness in the bar area
- Ensure an adequate supply of clean cups and plates
- Monitor brewing equipment functionality and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to health and safety standards
- Relay customer feedback to management and suggest new menu items
